The position of the villa offers sunshine around the pool area for most of the day.
Calabay Parc is ideally situated for those wishing to visit the Disney Parks or for those who wish to enjoy relaxation in the tranquil setting.

We had an excellent holiday because of the first class accommodation afforded to us by the villa at Montara Drive.
Every aspect required had been thought about and was provided - for example rain cloaks and towels for the pool/bathrooms.

What a fabulous villa.
It was very clean and spacious with everything that we could possibly need at hand.

We all had a fantastic holiday. The location was perfect for what we wanted i.e. parks and golf.
The villa itself was superb and the whole process of booking the villa right through to receiving our deposit upon return was faultless.

Any one who wishes to rent a villa in the Disney area should look no further than this villa.
Myself and nine other members of my family lived in total comfort for a period of two weeks. All required facilities were present and the villa was in immaculate condition.
All rooms and bathrooms were large.
The pool and the hot tub were excellent.
The villa itself is located in a very quiet street and gives a very relaxing break after a long day at the parks (especially the hot tub).
The shopping areas are also nearby.
Upon our arrival a welcome pack was present which gave very good info with regard to directions to local supermarkets directions to parks etc.
Another good feature of the villa is the keypad keyless entry this removes the problem if people wish to return to the villa at different times.
This villa is in an ideal location for both Disney and Universal and has good road links to both resorts both are only a short drive away.
There are numerous golf courses in the immediate area the excellent Champions gate is only five minutes away a little further down the road is Southern Dunes which is cheap and in immaculate condition. This course is a real challenge and measures over 7000 yards off the back tees and features water on sixteen holes.
To sum up ....... when I return to Florida I would definitely re book this villa which has more of a homely feel than perhaps most company owned villas in the area.

The Archer home in Calabay Park, Davenport, FL is perfectly placed to provide luxurious accommodation in an area just far enough away from the ‘bright lights’ to make it a peaceful haven yet near enough to make the attractions of Disneyworld (15 – 20 mins) and International Drive (25 mins) easily accessible for your fun-loaded vacation.
The property is tastefully and luxuriously appointed with ample space for the family to spread out. The pool, its large deck and spa, are superb for soaking up the strong Floridian sun and the shady lanai is great for cooling off or eating ‘al fresco’.
Calabay Parc is an exclusive residential development where you will live as the locals do without interference from holiday reps and merchandisers, yet the comfort that the management company is only a free phone call away if you need assistance or advice.
Ideally located, right on Highway US27 which connects the Interstate 4 (2 miles south to intersection) with Highway 192 (Spacecoast Highway / Bronson Memorial Highway - 5 miles) to the north and further north to the Florida Turnpike up by Clermont (about 18 miles). If you head up towards Clermont be sure to visit Lake Louisa State Park – signposted and about 2 miles off the US27 3 miles south of Clermont – stunning beauty and wildlife.
There are a variety of bars and restaurants within a couple of miles of Calabay Parc, all serving good value food for those who don’t want to mess up the sparkling kitchen!
Local shopping is great with a new open plan shopping mall (inc. Target & J C Penneys) at the Interstate 4 intersection. There’s Wal-Mart and Publix close by for those daily needs and bottom dollar bargains.
Having been visiting Florida for 12 years the Archer home is by far the best place we have stayed and we’ll return without hesitation.

We found the villa easily, and upon arrival it was immaculate. We were within 20 minutes drive to all theme parks. The south facing pool was great during the day and very warm at night. This was our first visit to Florida and the use of the villa made it very memorable. The villa was excellent. The pool was a great attraction for the young children and we enjoyed many happy hours in the water playing with them. We were really impressed with the safety considerations, which worked really well with the two young children. We also secured the safety fence each evening for double security and peace of mind.
Whilst in Orlando we took the opportunity to visit Disney and the villa was ideally located for quick access.

If you don't want to shop or do the theme parks everyday then the location is great to visit other more 'quaint' Florida places.Try Winter Park, Mount Dora, Winter Garden and San Augustine for starters.
